Here's where you'll find answers to some of the most commonly asked questions.  If you have additional questions that aren't answered here, please email them to admin@teapotsandmore.com.

Q:  What is your return policy? 

 A:  Returns will only be granted if the merchandise has a manufacturer's defect or if it is damaged in shipping.  No returns will be granted because the item color does not match the color on the monitor.    

All returns must be approved by us before you can return the item(s).  A claim must be filed via e-mail within 10 days of receipt of the item, otherwise the claim can be considered as not received and you will receive a reply within a day.  If you need to return an item, contact us and include the reason that you wish to return the item(s), your phone number, the order number, the item, and a valid e-mail address.  Returns must be packaged in the original packaging and be in resalable condition.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless we are at fault.   

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Q:  What are your shipping policies?

A:  We ship your order by whichever option you pick on your customer Order Page.

All International shipping is calculated on package weight.  We find that it is much cheaper to keep all packages below 2 Kilograms where possible.  With multiple item orders we send multiple packages rather than one big one.  This reduces the cost, spreads the risk of damage or loss and keeps each package total below the threshold for Customs Duty (in most cases but not all).  We will pack multiple items together if possible.

We offer TWO types of International shipping from UK to US:

      Airmail - Is recommended.  We usually expect customers to receive their package within 7 days max.

      Surface Mail - Is slower but about half the cost of airmail.   It usually takes about 4 weeks but it can be longer, up to 8 weeks occasionally.  Surface mail is reliable but unpredictable.  Sometimes multiple packages to the same address WILL all get separated and arrive spread out.  This does worry first time customers.

Any customs forms will be completed with the full cost of the item(s) only, not shipping costs and any duty charged is the responsibility of the receiver.  We always obtain a stamped proof of posting from our Post Office.
